my actual repeats, in the interest of being honest lol. i like to think im sophisticated but tbh the songs i listen to repeatedly as of now (aug '26) are kinda basic pop/summer stuff. idk its like different places in my brain - like sometimes you just want a really crap movie yk?
anyway i love covers that combine two established songs, the pet shop boys did a super cool one of can't take my eyes off you. i dont think the one direction song does it super well (because it just kind of shoves it into the bridge) which is a shame!! its still a really nice cover and kinda funny in a hyper-marketable boy band singing about stalking you kinda way.
black horse and the cherry tree is one of those "i know it by sound but not name" songs. i also didn't realise it was the same singer as the devil wears prada intro song (suddenly i see). such a slightly weird and perfect choce for that movie. runaway baby i have nothing to say for, except its been stuck in my head for like two weeks now.
